About Ice Sculpting-

Crystal clear blocks of ice are created with special block freezing equipment that circulates the water with small submersible pumps as the water freezes to remove all of the air bubbles.

Once the blocks are harvested, they are shipped to me and the creation continues. The artistry is performed by using chainsaws, die grinders (rotary tools) with specialized bits, ice chisels and chippers. This is all done in an air conditioned room in about an hours time.

The finished sculptures are then placed into a walk in freezer untill it is time to be carefully packed in an insulated crate and delivered to your location. Color can be achieved with colored gel sheets that are placed on the display light box that the sculpture sets on or some designs can allow for color fill with glitter or paints.

Detail lines will last in the sculptures for over 4 hours in an air conditioned environment and it would take about 2 days for it to melt to nothing. They will definately last the duration of any venue.
